This unit has a 18"x 36" cooking
area.
It is designed to slow smoke by
using the large firebox in the
bottom. There is a 3" deep water
tray that separates the fire from the
cooking area and adds moisture to
the meat as it cooks.
There is also an adjustable
charcoal grid just above the water
tray that allows you to charcoal
cook as well.
