Smokers Built Better By Design
At Southern Cookers, we build custom grills and smokers for the
backyard, as well as trailer cookers and cookers for commercial use.
* Our grills and smokers are made from the highest quality steel available.
* Many models have stainless steel lids and shelves.
* We also do custom work,like building large or small trailer smokers as
well as commercial cookers.
Since 1994, Southern Cookers has grown from a part time operation into a
full time business.

In 1994, Gary Robinson started Southern Cookers, a family business, with
one thing in mind: to build the best smokers that money can buy. He
designed a unique concept, a square cooker with stainless steel accents.
Our cookers are perfect for slow smoking and also great for grilling, with
an adjustable charcoal tray that makes it easy to cook that steak, chicken,
or burger to perfection.
